Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Senior Account Executive in the United States to drive revenue growth, retention, and strategic partnerships across Property & Casualty insurance carriers. The role acts as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leveraging industry expertise to identify opportunities and deliver consultative solutions that improve underwriting performance and profitability.

The position is remote with occasional in-person events at management discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in Property & Casualty insurance, strategic account management, or related client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance operations including underwriting, pricing, risk assessment, and portfolio growth strategies.
• Proven ability to build and influence executive-level relationships and drive initiatives within large insurance organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Property & Casualty carrier accounts to meet revenue, retention, and growth goals.
• Develop long-term account strategies and align customer goals with solutions that improve underwriting, risk management, and profitability.
• Identify and close new business opportunities including cross-sell and upsell with compelling business cases.
• Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to contract close with accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Exec Leadership to deliver innovative customer solutions.
