Time Doctor is hiring a Senior Outbound SDR to own qualified pipeline for our upmarket sales motion, leveraging an AI-powered outbound system. You will convert warm leads into booked meetings, run high-signal account outreach, and push the pipeline forward with urgency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• B2B SaaS sales experience and understanding of buyer motion and sales cycle.
• Strong phone presence and comfort with high-volume, live calling.
• Proven ability to run discovery and handle objections without a script.
• Excellent written communication (email and social selling).
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot and familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation & Ownership — own the conversion of warm AI-generated inbound/outbound into qualified meetings.
• High-Impact Sales Outreach — run structured daily call blocks against high-signal accounts to accelerate conversations.
• Lead Qualification & Conversion — assess fit, identify buying intent, handle objections, and secure meetings.
• Social Selling & Community Engagement — engage where target buyers are active (LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.).
• AI-Enabled Workflow Execution — leverage AI-driven systems for list building and initial outreach to focus on high-value human work.
• Raising the Bar — provide feedback, refine talk tracks, and help shape a growing outbound function.
