This senior, individual-contributor role emphasizes judgment, adaptability, and real discovery conversations, paired with an AI-powered outbound system to raise the bar as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• B2B SaaS sales experience and strong discovery capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with high-volume calls.
• Proven CRM usage (HubSpot) and social selling proficiency.
• Comfort working in a remote, async-first environment with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own the qualified pipeline from AI-generated warm leads to booked meetings.
• Execute high-impact outbound outreach across channels to accelerate conversations.
• Qualify opportunities quickly, handle objections, and move deals forward.
• Engage target buyers on LinkedIn, Reddit, and relevant communities to surface opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline prospecting while focusing time on high-value activity.
• Provide feedback to improve talk tracks, objection handling, and outbound standards.
