Job summary

Ceros is hiring a Sr. SDR to drive outbound pipeline across US target accounts. You will blend grit, creativity, and AI‑powered tools to operate at scale, with full autonomy to source opportunities.

You’ll collaborate closely with New Business Directors to advance deals and expand our AI‑driven sales engine. This remote‑first role requires 1–3 years of outbound SDR experience, and the ability to spend 3+ hours a day on calls.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound SDR/sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Ability to spend 3+ hours a day on the phone. Because AI handles your admin, your calling time must be high‑energy and high‑impact.
• Interest in how AI is shaping modern sales and using AI tools beyond basic assistants.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of outbound qualified leads using AI for high‑velocity prospecting.
• Spend 3–4 hours daily on cold calling to source meetings for the New Business Director.
• Manage multiple AI tools and platforms to optimize workflow and AI agent deployment.
• Generate qualified outbound meetings for the new business pod via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
• Maintain pristine data in HubSpot and ensure smooth hand‑offs to sales executives.
