Job summary

CEDX AI is seeking an Outbound Phone SDR (Native English) to front our AI-native workflow automation for professional-services teams. You’ll make 60–100 calls daily, qualify with speed, and set up demos for senior operators.

This fully remote role pays $58k–$90k a year, plus equity and location-appropriate benefits. We hire for trajectory and judgment, not pedigree, with room to grow alongside experienced teammates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of phone-based outbound work or strong customer-facing experience.
• Native-level English with US/UK/CA/AU/IE accents preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Make 60-100 outbound calls per day to verified, pre-qualified leads we provide.
• Open the conversation in clear, native-level English - accent and tone matter.
• Qualify each lead in the first 90 seconds against problem fit, authority, and urgency.
• Book qualified 30-minute Zoom demos for our Sales Closers - that's the scoreboard.
• Log every call outcome in the CRM the same hour; no end-of-day catch-up.
• Hit a weekly target of qualified meetings booked and protect your show-rate.
