Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, ensuring compliant, accurate, and scalable service. You will collaborate with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service, travel to client sites, and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience are required.
Travel to onsite, office, and client locations is expected up to 40%.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and trends.
Identify trends in attrition, retention, attendance, and recruiting effectiveness and partner on improvement.
Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping, and contractual audits.
Lead process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives to reduce manual effort.
