Adecco Group seeks a Business Operations Manager to lead delivery operations with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and scalable processes. You will collaborate with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing and Customer Service to drive performance, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.

Travel to client sites and offices is required to support implementations and training. You will monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and design SOPs while guiding cross-functional teams to optimize resources

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, marketing, or related field; 5+ years in operations leadership.
• Ability to travel to onsite offices, client locations, and facilities up to 40%.
• Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes and metrics.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and trends.
• Recommend resource allocation to maximize fulfillment and business performance.
• Oversee job postings, partnerships, and application usage effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; provide actionable insights to Delivery leadership.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and technology adoption to improve delivery.
