Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred; travel may be required up to 40%.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating teams across multiple groups.
• Ability to define problems, exercise judgment, and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
• Experience designing and deploying business improvement processes and operational controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven KPI/SLA delivery.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and capacity data.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; analyze trends and present insights to leadership.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and technology adoption to reduce manual work.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, and contractual audits; ensure compliance with policies.
• Drive associate retention programs and support client implementations and go-live activities.
