Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead delivery operations, drive compliance, and implement scalable processes across client engagements. The role partners with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to optimize performance and technology adoption.

The position requires travel to client sites, offices, and facilities to support implementations, training, issue resolution, and delivery support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes and performance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and forecasts.
• Recommend resource allocation to maximize fulfillment and performance.
• Manage job board partnerships and posting strategies; evaluate usage.
• Identify attrition and recruiting trends; partner with leaders on improvements.
• Support client implementations, including onsite setup and go-live.
