Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, driving performance, compliance, and scalable processes. You’ll collaborate with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service, guiding implementations, training, issue resolution, and delivery support.

Travel to client sites and offices will be required. You will monitor KPIs, optimize resource allocation, and lead cross-functional teams to improve productivity, cost

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred.
At least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience.
Travel to onsite, office, and client locations; up to 40% travel may be required.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs; present performance insights to leadership.
Lead process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives.
Provide training and support for operational tools and processes.
Manage client and associate experience programs and cross-functional projects.
