Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, aligning with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to drive performance and scalable processes. The role requires travel to client locations, offices, and onsite facilities to support implementations, training, and issue resolution.

You will monitor KPIs, lead cross-functional projects, and champion process improvements, technology adoption, and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred; travel to onsite locations required.
At least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience.
Experience developing recruitment strategies and analyzing recruitment processes and performance.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: develop workforce plans with Delivery Managers and optimize resource allocation.
Operational Compliance: ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and internal controls.
Performance, Financial Management and Associate Care: monitor KPIs, drive productivity and associate retention.
Lead process improvement and technology adoption to reduce manual work and improve delivery.
Collaborate across functions to resolve invoicing, payments, and service issues.
