Job summary

Affirm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies for readiness, ensuring people, processes, and enablement systems align with servicing priorities.

You will own team-level strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives with clear ownership and measurable business impact across Product, Engineering, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years scaling operations and coaching teams.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GDPR).
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives with strong execution.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, risk management and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience designing business processes in regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps and execution plans; track KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks.
• Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive outcomes.
• Establish governance and deliver executive-ready communications on status, outcomes, risks, and impact.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose data-backed solutions and drive resolution.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and scalable improvements.
• Manage end-to-end change lifecycle from design to adoption and measurement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create clear manuals and resources for humans and AI agents.
• Evolve knowledge management: SOPs, learning platforms, AI-enabled tools.
• Translate complex concepts into actionable operational content for teams.
