Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across its global Operations organization. You will define the vision for operational readiness, coordinating people, processes, and enablement systems with the servicing strategy.

You will build roadmaps, lead cross‑functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors, and measure outcomes with KPIs and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or product operations in global settings.
• Proven track record delivering efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management expertise.
• Experience scaling knowledge management and training tools (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive transformation using Lean Six Sigma and data-driven methods.
• Develop manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Evolve knowledge management systems (SOPs, learning platforms).
• Oversee end‑to‑end design and delivery of training programs.
• Ensure readiness for product launches and regulatory changes.
• Partner with executives and vendors to align goals.
• Coach augmented staff and contractors to deliver learning experiences.
• Lead change management and scaling initiatives.
