Job summary

Affirm in the United States is seeking a hands-on Operations Enablement Manager to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the Operations organization. You will translate strategy into action, building readiness across people, processes, and enablement systems.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Compliance, you will own program roadmaps, lead a high-performing team, and deliver measurable outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on risk reduction and operational

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years in scaling operations and coaching team members.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GDPR) and dispute management rules.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives with strong execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering complex cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy.
• Define program roadmaps and track KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Engineering and Operations to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Deliver executive-ready status updates on program status, outcomes, risks and impact.
• Identify risks and dependencies; drive data-backed solutions in partnership with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
