Job summary

Affirm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven leader to drive scalable servicing experiences across its Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies for operational readiness, ensuring people, processes, and enablement systems evolve with the servicing strategy across multiple programs.

You will translate strategy into action, lead a team delivering cross-functional initiatives, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure readiness for regulatory change.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years scaling operations and coaching team members.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations such as UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR, among others.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with strong execution and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs tied to strategic priorities.
• Define program roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and governance with executive-ready communications on status and impact.
• Identify risks and issues, propose data-backed solutions, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and implement scalable improvements.
• Lead end-to-end change management from design to adoption and measurement.
• Build clear technical resources and manuals for human and AI agents.
• Evolve the knowledge ecosystem with SOPs, learning platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
• Translate technical concepts into clear operational content for teams.
