Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies that enable servicing operations to scale efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer and merchant outcomes.

You will build program roadmaps, manage change, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors to ensure readiness for launches and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or product operations in large/global settings.
• Proven ability to set strategy and drive measurable impact on efficiency and compliance.
• Experience with knowledge management and training initiatives.
• Experience in regulated industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cross‑functional programs and ensure alignment with OKRs and priorities.
• Define servicing strategy roadmaps and track KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead transformation using Lean Six Sigma and data‑driven methods.
• Create manuals and resources for humans and AI agents with engineering teams.
• Develop and evolve knowledge ecosystems, SOPs, and training platforms.
• Translate complex concepts into actionable operational content.
• Oversee end‑to‑end learning programs and measure effectiveness.
• Prepare for product launches and regulatory changes with readiness planning.
