Job summary

Affirm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven leader in its Operations Enablement team to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the organization. You will define strategy and execution, ensuring readiness of people, processes, and enablement systems in alignment with Affirm’s servicing strategy across multiple programs.

You will manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• 3+ years scaling operations and coaching teams.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, etc.).
• Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking certification.
• Proven record leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic planning, risk management and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment and impact.
• Provide executive-ready communications on status, risks, and outcomes for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues, propose data-backed solutions, drive resolutions with partners.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance across operations.
• Oversee end-to-end changes from design through adoption and measurement.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate technical concepts into clear resources.
• Evolve knowledge management with SOPs, job aids, learning platforms, AI tools.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable content for humans and AI agents.
• Lead learning and training strategies, onboarding, and product rollouts with measurement.
