Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the Operations organization. You will define strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans to ensure operational readiness and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors, translating strategy into scalable capabilities and leading change across global teams. A hands-on, data-driven leader with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or product operations in large-scale/global ops.
• Proven track record delivering impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, PM/Change mgmt (Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci preferred).
• Experience scaling knowledge management and training (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS, AI tools).
• Strong background in regulated industries (fintech/financial services preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, budgets.
• Drive transformations using Lean Six Sigma and data-driven methods.
• Create manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Develop and manage knowledge ecosystems and learning platforms.
