Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences. You will define and execute strategies for scalable operations, ensuring readiness across people, processes, and enablement systems in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Compliance.

You will own the program portfolio, lead a high-performing team, and partner with executives to deliver measurable business impact while maintaining quality and risk controls in a remote-first

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale or global operations including 2+ years at a fintech or financial institution.
• 3+ years in a role that involves scaling operations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations such as UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR, among others.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with strong execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, issue/risk management and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Own Program & Team Performance: Lead and manage a team delivering complex cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define Program Roadmaps: Develop roadmaps and plans, track KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner for Impact: Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Establish governance and executive-ready updates on status, outcomes, risks and impact.
• Manage Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify risks, propose data-backed solutions, drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Lead Operational Excellence: Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and scale improvements.
• Own Change End-to-End: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of process and product changes with adoption and measurement.
• Build Technical Resources: Translate technical concepts into manuals and resources for humans and AI agents.
• Elevate Knowledge Management: Evolve SOPs, learning platforms, and AI-enabled tools for scale.
• Translate Technical Concepts: Design operational content and resources for humans and AI agents.
• Own Learning & Training Strategy: Oversee onboarding and continuous learning programs with measurement.
• Collaborate on Experience Improvements: Work with Product and Engineering to improve customer/agent experiences.
• Expand Program Scope: Take on additional responsibilities across adjacent domains.
