Job summary

Affirm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven leader to scale servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define and execute readiness strategies, partnering with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendor teams to deliver measurable outcomes while maintaining high quality and regulatory compliance.

You will own team strategy, drive execution, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure timely delivery of cross-functional programs with clear ownership and impact for customers

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or product operations, with fintech exposure.
• Experience coaching teams and scaling operations at scale.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional programs aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop roadmaps, track KPIs, budgets, dependencies and timelines.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Operations for impact.
• Provide executive-ready status updates on risks and outcomes.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Own end-to-end change management and knowledge resources.
