Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager, Ordering to lead enterprise restaurant implementations on PAR’s digital ordering platform. This senior IC role requires owning end-to-end onboarding, scoping, menu build, integration testing, and go-live with a focus on clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal partners.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering, mentor teammates, and shape scalable onboarding practices as the function grows.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience minimum in SaaS onboarding or adjacent roles such as implementation, project management, or tech consulting.
Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) technology is valuable, with exposure to digital ordering, POS, and related channels.
Technical fluency with SaaS platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding engagements end to end from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Serve as the primary onboarding partner guiding customers through complex decisions for a successful launch.
Lead digital menu and channel implementations including first- and third-party marketplaces such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub.
Navigate POS integrations and mapping with customers and internal teams.
