Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding or adjacent roles such as implementation or project management.
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) technology would be highly valuable.
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements end to end, from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication.
