Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding or adjacent customer-facing functions such as implementation, project management, technical consulting.
• Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant tech landscape with digital ordering, menu/catalog mapping, or POS integrations is highly valued.
• Strong project-management discipline including scoping, timelines, risk management, and executive status updates.
• Ability to create structure from ambiguity and drive initiatives forward without complete definitions.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and the ability to translate complex tech issues into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements end to end from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Own project plans, timelines, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as the primary onboarding partner guiding customers through complex decisions.
• Lead digital menu and channel implementations including first- and third-party ordering channels.
• Navigate POS integrations and menu/catalog mapping in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to feed insights back into product development.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, processes, and operating practices to scale onboarding.
• Leverage AI tools to improve planning, analytics, and reporting of onboarding timelines.
• Mentor the onboarding team and raise the standard of delivery.
• Shape how the Ordering onboarding function scales as the organization grows.
