Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in SaaS onboarding or closely related customer-facing function.
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) tech is highly valuable.
• Strong track record leading complex enterprise implementations across multi-location customers.
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and ability to translate technical challenges into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and governance with executive-level communication.
• Comfort balancing competing customer needs and internal priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements end to end from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as primary onboarding partner guiding customers through decisions and launches.
• Lead complex digital menu and channel implementations (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub).
• Navigate POS integrations and menu/catalog mapping with customers and teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to foresee dependencies.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, processes, and operating practices for scaling.
• Use AI tools to improve planning, analytics, and status reporting.
• Mentor ordering onboarding team and raise delivery standards.
• Shape how the onboarding function scales with leadership opportunities.
