Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager, Ordering to lead enterprise restaurant implementations on PAR’s digital ordering platform. You will own engagements from kickoff through go-live, bringing structure to complex programs and acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal partners.

This senior IC role offers opportunity to expand leadership impact as the function grows, including mentoring others and shaping scalable practices within the ordering onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS onboarding or equivalent customer-facing function.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations and migrations.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements end to end from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and governance with stakeholder communication.
• Serve as primary onboarding partner guiding customers through complex decisions.
• Lead complex digital menu and channel implementations including major marketplaces.
• Navigate POS integrations, menu/catalog mapping and channel parity with customers and teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align implementation with product roadmap.
• Identify gaps and develop repeatable playbooks, processes, and documentation to scale.
• Use AI tools to improve planning, analyze metrics, and streamline reporting.
• Mentor the onboarding team and raise standards for delivery.
• Help shape how the onboarding function scales with business growth.
