Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Hiring, Onboarding, Access/system issues for current employees, Chargeback Oversight and Workday functions across Clinical and Government Services. The Analyst will ensure onboarding processes are smooth, manage staffing fluctuations, order equipment, troubleshoot access, and collaborate with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and IT.

Required qualifications include 3–5 years in Customer Service or PBM, strong MS Office skills with Excel

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, on-boarding, and/or PBM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Intermediate Excel experience with Formulas and VLOOKUPs.
• Proficient in data collection and data entry.
• Ability to lead projects and create/update work instructions.
• Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding Oversight (Colleague Database Maintenance, Equipment Ordering, Equipment Returns, Chargeback Process, Reporting).
• Collaborate with Operational Leadership, Resource Planning and partners on staffing changes and risks.
• Lead and own projects; diagnose and resolve complex business challenges.
• Assist with Access Issue Resolution including ticket management and IT coordination.
• Participate in ad hoc, daily, weekly and quarterly meetings on onboarding and hiring topics.
• Backup for maintaining Employee Profile information and coordinating training/classes.
