Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support hiring, onboarding, access issues, chargeback oversight and Workday functions within Clinical and Government Services. You will onboard 3,000+ staff and 1,200–1,400 seasonal workers, coordinate equipment and software orders, troubleshoot access, and partner with HR, TA and IT to meet business goals.

The role requires problem solving, root-cause analysis, and the ability to deliver training and process improvements to savings and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, onboarding, or PBM experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, equipment ordering, chargeback process and reporting.
• Coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition and IT to resolve access issues.
• Lead projects, document resolutions, and communicate with leadership.
