Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support hiring, onboarding, and access issues across Clinical and Government Services. You will ensure all new colleagues are onboarded and can perform job functions, managing staffing for 3000 profiles plus seasonal 1200–1400, and coordinating with HR, Talent Acquisition and IT.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service or onboarding, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP), and the ability to lead projects and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in customer service, clinical operations or onboarding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Excel proficiency including Formulas and VLOOKUPs.
• Data collection and data entry experience.
• Ability to lead projects and create/update work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding Oversight (Colleague Database Maintenance, Equipment Ordering, Equipment Returns, Chargeback Process, Reporting).
• Collaborate with Operational Leadership and partners to understand staffing changes and risks.
• Lead and own individual and team projects, diagnosing and resolving complex challenges.
• Assist and lead Access Issue Resolution (Ticket Management, Troubleshooting, IAM coordination).
• Participate in ad hoc, daily, weekly, and quarterly meetings regarding onboarding and hiring items.
• Maintain Employee Profile Information via tracking database and Verint; coordinate training setup.
