Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support onboarding, access management, and related operations across Clinical and Government Services. The role coordinates with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to onboard roughly 3,000 employees plus seasonal staff, manage equipment, and drive process improvements.

The position emphasizes problem solving, root cause analysis, and coordinating with internal partners to meet business objectives while identifying cost savings in chargebacks.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, on-boarding, and/or PBM experience.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding Oversight (Colleague Database Maintenance, Equipment Ordering, Equipment Returns, Chargeback Process, Reporting).
• Work with Operational Leadership and other partners to understand staffing changes and reporting impacts.
• Lead and own individual and/or team projects, diagnose and resolve complex business challenges in collaboration with teams.
• Assist and lead Access Issue Resolution (ticket management, troubleshooting, escalation with IAM and IT).
• Participate in ad hoc and regular meetings related to onboarding and hiring items.
• Maintain Employee Profile Information via tracking database and Verint; coordinate training class setup and troubleshooting.
