Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Hiring, Onboarding, Access/system issues for current employees, Chargeback Oversight, Reporting, and Workday functions across Clinical and Government Services. You will ensure new colleagues are onboarded, manage staffing of ~3,000 profiles plus seasonal 1,200–1,400, and coordinate equipment and access resolutions with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, onboarding, or PBM
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Must have intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel including Formulas and VLOOKUPs
• Proficient in data collection and data entry
• Able to lead projects and create/update work instructions

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding Oversight (Colleague Database Maintenance, Equipment Ordering, Equipment Returns, Chargeback Process, Reporting)
• Coordinate with Operational Leadership and HR to understand staffing changes impacting reports, tools and outcomes
• Lead individual and team projects and diagnose/resolve complex business challenges
• Assist and lead Access Issue Resolution including ticket management and collaboration with IAM/IT
• Participate in ad hoc and regular meetings to discuss onboarding and hiring matters
• Maintain Employee Profile Information via tracking databases and Verint; coordinate training class setup
