Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support onboarding, access issues, and related Workday tasks across Clinical and Government Services. You will manage staffing profiles, equipment orders, and chargebacks while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure smooth new-hire experiences.

The role requires a hands-on problem-solver who can perform root cause analyses, drive process improvements, and communicate clearly with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, onboarding, and/or prior PBM experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Must have proven experience at an intermediate level with Microsoft Excel including Formulas V look-ups
• Proficient in data collection and data entry
• Assist and lead projects and work instruction creation/updates.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding Oversight (Colleague Database Maintenance, Equipment Ordering, Equipment Returns, Chargeback Process, Reporting)
• Work with all levels of Operational Leadership to understand staffing changes and produce accurate reports.
• Lead and own projects, diagnose and resolve complex business challenges.
• Assist and lead team for Access Issue Resolution (Ticket Management, Troubleshooting, Escalation) with IAM/IT.
• Participate in ad hoc, daily, weekly, quarterly meetings on onboarding and hiring items.
• Backup to team for maintaining Employee Profile Information and training coordination.
