Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Hiring, Onboarding, Access issues, Chargeback Oversight and Workday functions across Clinical and Government Services. They will onboard new colleagues, manage staffing for 3000 profiles plus 1200–1400 seasonal staff, order equipment, troubleshoot access and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and IT.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, onboarding, or PBM experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Proven experience with Excel formulas including VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding Oversight (Colleague Database Maintenance, Equipment Ordering, Equipment Returns, Chargeback Process, Reporting)
• Work with Operational Leadership and HR partners to understand staffing changes and impacts on reports, tools and outcomes
• Lead and own projects, diagnose and resolve complex business challenges, often with cross-functional collaboration
• Assist and lead access issue resolution (ticket management, troubleshooting, IAM coordination) and document resolutions
• Participate in ad hoc and regular meetings with business partners on onboarding and hiring items
• Maintain Employee Profile Information via tracking databases; coordinate training and start-date access troubleshooting
