Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Analyst to support Hiring, Onboarding, and Access/system issues for current employees, along with Chargeback Oversight and Workday tasks across Clinical and Government Services. Maintain 3,000+ staff profiles and seasonal additions, order equipment, and coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT.

The role requires strong problem solving, data entry, and project leadership to deliver seamless onboarding experiences and process improvements while meeting budgets

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer service, onboarding, or PBM experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP).
• Strong data collection and data entry capabilities.
• Experience leading projects and creating work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding Oversight (Colleague Database Maintenance, Equipment Ordering, Equipment Returns, Chargeback Process, Reporting).
• Engage with Operational Leadership and HR to anticipate staffing changes and impacts on reports and tools.
• Lead projects, diagnose and resolve complex business challenges with cross-team collaboration.
• Assist and lead Access Issue Resolution, document resolutions, and coordinate with IAM/IT.
• Participate in regular meetings on onboarding and hiring items; communicate updates.
• Backup to maintain Employee Profile Information and coordinate training logistics.
