• 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, onboarding, or PBM experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills including formulas and VLOOKUP.
• Experience handling onboarding processes and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, access issues, and reporting for current employees.
• Manage staffing fluctuations and equipment orders.
• Coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to resolve complex problems.
• Lead projects and document resolutions; communicate with leadership.
• Assist with chargeback processes and vendor coordination.
