Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high volume copy and bindery equipment, perform basic repairs, and manage on-site tasks. The role includes coordinating with customers, maintaining logs, and assisting with mail, shipping, and reception as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with 1-2 years related experience, knowledge of MS Office, and a willingness to travel between customer sites.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Ensures copiers are working properly and checks quality via daily inspections.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and elevates calls to technicians.
• Sets up equipment as prescribed by the customer (toner, paper, etc).
• Performs scanning/imaging of documents and may provide receptionist tasks.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
