Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to support high-volume copying, mailing, and bindery operations at customer sites in Indianapolis. The role includes basic maintenance, setup, and occasional front-desk support as needed to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will perform inspections, log service data, and coordinate with technicians to resolve issues while traveling between buildings when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operates high volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, or bindery equipment and performs related copying tasks.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and escalates to technicians as needed.
• Performs setup of equipment and manages consumables and supplies.
• Delivers completed jobs to customer locations and maintains service logs.
• May travel between customer buildings and perform occasional receptionist duties.
