Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. seeks a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high-volume copier equipment and perform related duties at customer sites in the Tampa area. You will handle binding, finishing, mail tasks, and basic maintenance while ensuring top service quality.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related experience, strong customer relations, and problem-solving abilities. Travel between client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years related work experience preferred.
• Strong customer relations and verbal communication skills essential.
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving and basic electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate high volume/production copy machines and perform binding/finishing.
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate calls to technicians as needed.
• Set up equipment per customer instructions (toner, paper, etc.).
• Perform scanning/imaging of documents and basic mail duties.
• Maintain records and assist with reports and inventories.
• Travel between customer sites as required and provide on-site support.
