Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume printing and copy equipment and perform basic binding/finishing tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting, escalating to technicians as needed.
• Set up equipment per customer specifications and manage paper, toner, and media inventories.
• Provide temporary reception duties as needed and assist with mailroom or shipping tasks.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventories; respond to service calls promptly.
