Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding/finishing.
• Ensures copiers are working properly and checks quality via daily inspections.
• Troubleshoots basic equipment issues and elevates to technicians.
• Performs setup of equipment per customer (toner, paper, etc).
• Performs scanning/imaging of documents.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories.
• Delivers completed jobs to customer locations.
• May travel between customer's buildings.
