Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to manage on-site copier and related equipment, perform maintenance, and support customers with service requests.

You will travel between customer sites, handle shipping/receiving, and assist with meetings and light building tasks, reporting to the Site Manager. A high school diploma and 1–2 years' related experience are preferred, with good communication and technical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related work experience.
• Copy job experience preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copying and binding tasks.
• Ensure copiers are functioning; perform daily quality checks and clear jams.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate to technicians.
• Set up equipment per customer instructions (toner, paper, etc.).
• Perform scanning, mailing, shipping, and receiving duties.
• Maintain records/logs and support management reports.
