Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist in Kingsport, TN. The role focuses on operating high-volume duplicating and production equipment, providing copier maintenance, and handling mail and shipping tasks on customer sites.

You will travel between customer buildings, perform basic troubleshooting, and assist with reception duties as needed while maintaining logs and reporting on usage and service activity.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills and willingness to learn other software.

Responsibilities

• Runs high-volume/production copy machines and performs binding/finishing work.
• Performs setup of equipment as prescribed by the customer; handles toner and paper stocks.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and elevates calls to technicians.
• Delivers completed jobs to predetermined customer locations and maintains service logs.
• Responds to and coordinates service calls required by customers.
• May travel between customer sites and perform light maintenance as needed.
