Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high volume copiers, perform maintenance, and handle mailroom duties at a Savannah site. You will manage setup, run binding and finishing tasks, and ensure equipment performs to quality standards.

The role includes troubleshooting, basic scanning/imaging, delivering completed work to customers, and coordinating service calls. Occasional travel between buildings and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and escalates calls to technicians.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Delivers completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations and maintains logs.
• Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer.
• May travel between customer's buildings.
