Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance per Ricoh.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operate high volume copy machines and perform binding/finishing.
• Ensure copiers are functioning; perform daily quality checks.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and escalate to technicians.
• Set up equipment per customer instructions.
• Perform scanning/imaging of documents.
• May provide temporary reception duties.
• Maintain records and inventories of supplies.
• Coordinate service calls and customer communications.
• Deliver completed jobs to customer locations.
• Maintain daily meters and service logs.
