Constellation Brands is seeking an On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist to drive local market execution and support ABP targets in the Atlanta, GA area. You will work with distributor managers and strategic accounts to expand beer distribution and optimize retail positioning across the on-premise channel.

The role reports to the On-Premise Market Execution Senior Manager and requires 4+ years in beverage retail sales, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to travel up to 20-30% with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience required.
• 4+ years retail sales experience in beverage alcohol industry.
• Experience with promotional marketing and local market execution.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute local market on-premise strategies and initiatives across area.
• Collaborate with distributor teams on business plans and growth initiatives.
• Build localized on-premise development plans including sales and promotions.
• Identify strategic accounts and manage relationships with owners/operators.
• Report market activity and insights to leadership on a regular basis.
• Drive distribution and availability of beer in draft and package formats.
• Support tools and programs to ensure best-in-class retail execution at local level.
