Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking an On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist to drive local market performance. You will implement on-premise strategies, coordinate with distributor partners, and build localized plans to grow distribution and market share of our beer brands in the Atlanta area.

The role requires 4+ years in retail beverage sales, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel 20–30% for market coverage. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; four years sales experience in malt beverage if no degree.
• 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry (malt beverage preferred).
• Understanding of the on-premise retail environment and promotional marketing processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Execute local market on-premise strategies across assigned areas.
• Collaborate with On-Premise Market Execution teams and distributor partners on plans.
• Build localized development plans including sales, distribution, and promotions.
• Manage relationships with owners and managers of local accounts to drive growth.
• Support executive programs, events, and national/regional account integration locally.
• Travel 20–30% of time and prepare regular market updates.
