Job summary

Constellation Brands in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking an On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist to drive local market execution, support ABP targets, and align with Gold Network distributor partners to grow beer distribution and availability in the on-premise channel.

You will collaborate with distributor management, manage local plans, and implement on-premise strategies across accounts, ensuring brands are positioned for strong retail performance and share growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; in lieu, minimum of four years sales experience with a malt beverage supplier or wholesaler.
• 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry (malt beverage preferred).
• Complete understanding of the on-premise retail environment.
• Working knowledge of the promotional marketing process.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel at advanced level, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of working time, including driving up to 5 hrs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute local market on-premise strategies across assigned areas.
• Collaborate with On-Premise Market Execution Senior Manager and distributor teams on plan development and execution.
• Ensure on-premise strategies are built into localized plans.
• Prioritize opportunities and support account development and regional integration.
• Build strong relationships with owners/operators of accounts to drive distribution and execution.
