Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking an On-Premise Market Execution Senior Specialist in Atlanta to drive local retail execution and implement ABP targets in the On-Premise channel. You will coordinate with distributor partners and national accounts to ensure our brands are prominently positioned and available across the market.

The role requires strong planning, relationship-building, and execution skills, with 4+ years in beverage sales and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in Beverage Alcohol Industry.
• Working knowledge of promotional marketing process.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and email tools such as Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Execute local market on-premise strategies and initiatives across assigned areas.
• Collaborate with On-Premise Market Execution Senior Manager, national accounts, and distributor partners.
• Develop local business plans and drive distribution and brand visibility at retail.
• Manage relationships with owners/operators of local accounts and drive execution of promotions.
• Support localization of national and regional programs at the local level.
• Report market activity and insights to sales leadership on a regular basis.
