Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking an On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist in Atlanta, GA to drive local market execution of on-premise strategies and support ABP targets. You will work with distributor partners to grow distribution and ensure our beer brands are well positioned at retail.

Reporting to the On-Premise Market Execution Senior Manager, you will develop localized business plans, manage promotional activities, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize visibility and market share

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of sales experience with a malt beverage supplier or wholesaler.
• 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% and drive up to 5 hours.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute local market on-premise strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and execute on-premise business plans with distributor partners.
• Drive distribution and availability of beer portfolio at local market.
• Build relationships with local accounts and strategic partners.
• Report market activity and updates to management.
• Manage on-premise programs and promotions.
• Support new product/packaging rollout plans.
