Constellation Brands is seeking a Senior On-Premise Execution Specialist to drive local market execution and optimization of ABP targets in the Atlanta area. You will coordinate with distributor partners and national accounts to implement on-premise priorities and expand distribution for our beer portfolio.

You will build localized plans, manage promotional activity, and support regional growth initiatives while traveling up to 20-30% of time.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; four years sales experience acceptable in lieu.
• 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in Beverage Alcohol Industry.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% and drive up to 5 hours.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for local market execution of on-premise strategies and initiatives across assigned areas.
• Collaborate with On-Premise Market Execution Senior Manager, national & regional teams, and distributor partners.
• Develop localized on-premise business plans and prioritize opportunities.
• Build relationships with local strategic accounts and support program execution across the market.
• Support new product/packaging rollouts and plan resource allocation for goals.
• Manage the sales budgeting process for the area.
• Ensure tools and investments align with on-premise priorities.
