Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Senior Service Specialist to deliver on-site administrative and operational support within a client office environment. You will handle mail, copy/print, reception, and hospitality while delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting.

Role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, facilities, or office services preferred.
• Experience in a corporate, professional services, or client-facing environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: Sort, meter, distribute, and track mail and packages per schedules.
• Copy/Print: Complete copy, print, and scan requests with accuracy and speed.
• Reception: Answer calls, greet visitors, and provide professional client-facing service.
• Hospitality: Prepare and maintain conference rooms and common areas.
• Facilities/Office: Assist with moves, signage, and general workplace upkeep.
